Raspberry honey

Raspberry honey is a varietal honey, which means it has a large amount of nectar from a specific plant, which has given the honey its character.

Raspberry honey, like any honey, primarily contains carbohydrates - glucose and fructose. It is therefore a source of easily digestible energy. However, what sets raspberry honey apart are its properties. It fits perfectly during sensitive times. Raspberry honey has its properties thanks to the presence of enzymes (including invertase, amylase), flavonoids, antioxidants, organic acids, minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, manganese and others), B vitamins and vitamin C.
