We use Klarna Checkout as a payment solution. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. If you do not receive the order confirmation at your e-mail address, it may be that in connection with the order you have given an incorrect e-mail address or that the order confirmation has been automatically sorted under Spam.
Invoice
We do not charge a fee when you choose to pay by invoice 30 days. The invoice will be sent to your email address and can also be paid via Mitt Klarna.
Card payment
Secure card payment with Mastercard and Visa, no card fees will be added. The money will be deducted from your account within 2 banking days.
Partial payment
The payment can be divided into up to 24 months. No start-up fee or monthly fee will be added, only an interest rate of 18.9%. You can see the current terms for partial payment and what the monthly amount will be on Klarna's website.
Bank transfer
Pay via your internet bank.
Swish
When you choose to pay with Swish, open your Swish app and check that the pre-filled information is correct. You approve the purchase with Mobile BankID.
Refund
Refunds are made with the same payment method that the customer used at the time of purchase, within 14 days after we have received the item back. We do not refund shipping fees.
