Delivery within Sweden normally takes place within 2-8 weekdays, depending on stock status. Longer delivery times than stated can occur during periods when we have a high load due to high order intake, stock out, delays from ours partners etc. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail in connection with the delivery leaving us, so that you can track the route of your package yourself. We do not divide an order into several deliveries. We hire Postnord and Schenker as a supplier. You have the opportunity to choose a shipping company in your order.

Foreign Package

At present, we only ship within the Skandinavien. Contact us at info@ekoplanet.se after placing an order, we will calculate the shipping cost and notify you for approval. The shipping fee depends on the weight and dimensions of the packages and the country to which the package is to be sent.

Uncollected package

When your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have entered are correct. If you do not collect your order and it is sent back to Ekoplanet, the customer will be charged for costs regarding shipping, return shipping, cash on delivery, handling fee and packaging. The fee is currently 150 kr. Invoicing is done by Klarna AB.
