Heather honey mainly consists of carbohydrates, where fructose and sucrose predominate, but the honey contains vitamins A and B, choline and acetylcholine as well as growth hormones. Heather honey is also rich in calcium, potassium, chlorine, phosphorus and magnesium.

The honey can be used in all cooking, baking, for salads, tea, honey water, etc.

Remember that the honey should not be added to drinks with a temperature above 40 degrees. In this case, it loses its most important properties.
