The fungus attacks moth larvae that stay underground in winter, therefore it is also considered a parasite. Local residents have been using it for medicinal purposes for years.

Cordyceps is rich in bioactive substances with a broad spectrum of activity. The product has a high content of beta-glucans, minerals, trace elements and vitamins. The mushroom also contains proteins and amino acids. It is possible to mix the powder in just water, but since cordyceps can have a slightly bitter taste, it is therefore recommended to mix in juice or in a smoothie.

Ingredients: powdered Cordyceps sinensis mushroom * 100%

Dosage: Dissolve 1g of the product in lukewarm water or add to a meal: yogurt, cottage cheese, muesli. Drink 3 times a day, half an hour before meals.

1g of the product is 2ml of the attached measurement.

Recommended daily dose: 3g powder.
