This honey is extra tasty and aromatic. The dandelion honey is straw colored. High pollen content gives the yellow color. Well-stirred dandelion honey takes on a buttery texture.

Active substances in the dandelion honey

Dandelion honey is very rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains triterpenes, carotenoids and proteins, as well as vitamins B2 and C. The honey also contains iron, potassium, manganese and phosphorus. The simple sugars it contains include fructose and glucose, and in addition to them it also contains choline, which has a beneficial effect, especially on the liver.

Dandelion honey can be used to sweeten tea or for baked goods.

The honey should not be added to drinks with a temperature above 40 degrees. In this case, it loses its most important properties. Do not use for children under 1 year.
