Wood Betony was already known in ancient times due to its properties. It was used as a medicinal and magical plant. Today it has various uses. It is said that the herb has positive properties for human health.

Ingredients: Wood Betony( Betonica officinalis) herb 100%

Dosage: Leave to stand and infuse for 10-15 minutes. Use 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of boiled water. Drink 1-3 cups per day.

Storage: Store dry and cool. Out of reach of small children.
