Goldenrods occurrence

The plant is common throughout the country and grows in almost all environments, such as forests, mountain moors and meadows. Golden rice is a perennial herb with yellow flowers. The stem is upright and grows half a meter high. It blooms from July to September, and can hardly be confused with other species.

Goldenrods honey

The honey contains flavonoids - mainly rutin and quercetin, which improve the blood supply to the veins in the arms or legs as well as the kidneys. Honeysuckle honey is also rich in essential oils, tannins, organic acids and mucilage. It also contains bactericidal substances, vitamins and a large amount of microelements.

The color of the honey can vary between light to amber, and the taste is quite sweet delicate sour tone.

Goldenrods honey can be used to sweeten tea, for pastries or enjoy as is.

The honey should not be added to drinks with a temperature above 40 degrees. In this case, it loses its most important properties. Do not use for children under 1 year.
