What is niacinamide?

Dosage:
As an additive to beauty products: the recommended concentration of niacinamide in cosmetics is 2 to 5%. Niacinamide dissolves well in water, ethanol and glycerin.
Oral: 1 scoop once or twice a day. Add a small amount of water and drink with the sediment. Consume after meal.
1 flat measure (0.5 ml) contains 280 mg nicotinic acid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
