Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola rosea) is a flower that occurs naturally mainly in Siberia and Canada. The plant has been used for many centuries in folk medicine. Rose root belongs to the adaptogens, i.e. plants that can help the body adapt to prevailing physical and mental stress.

Magnesium found in the supplement helps maintain normal mental performance and reduce fatigue and exhaustion. The combination of Rhodiola rosea and magnesium is perfect for those who feel that the body is out of balance due to stress or long-term strain and needs extra supplements. The product uses the organic form of magnesium that shows high bioavailability - magnesium lactate.

The product can be used by vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain fillers, dyes, lubricants and preservatives.

Ingredients: 140mg Rhodiola rosea extract, stand .>5% salidrosides, 560mg magnesium lactate, cellulose capsule.

Dosage: 1 capsule once a day for one week / one week break or 1 capsule twice a week.
