Magnesium malate is a popular variant of magnesium with high solubility and good bioavailability. Mixed in water, has almost no taste. Ingredients: Magnesium malate 18%.

1 flat scoop (1 ml) contains 930 mg magnesium malate (167 mg magnesium ions).

The recommended daily dose is: 2 scoops

The package contains 107 recommended doses.

Dosage: 1 scoop 2 times a day. Mix with a small amount of water, drink with sediment. Consume after meal.
