Three-lobe beggarticks (Bidens tripartita) is an annual plant of the sedge family. It occurs in southern Scandinavia and Finland. The herb can be used internally but also externally. It contains many useful minerals, essential oil, flavonoids, vitamin C and tannins.

Three-lobe beggarticks (Bidens tripartita) is an annual plant of the sedge family. It can be around 60cm high. Tripartita means three-part, and refers to the shape of the leaves. The brown sedge grows in damp, swampy places, mostly in stagnant water in ponds and in ditches with deep bottoms. It blooms in late summer and autumn.

Three-lobe beggarticks is very gentle, so it can be used internally but also externally. It is possible to make an infusion of the herb, but it also works well to use in the bath or to wash the face with. The plant is also used in the cosmetics industry.

The plant contains flavonoids, essential oil, tannins, bitter substances, minerals, organic acids, vitamin C, carotene.

Ingredients:Three-lobe beggarticks (Bidens tripartita) 100%

 Dosage:

Infusion: 1 tablespoon of herb per cup of boiling water, leave covered for 15 minutes, strain. Drink 2-3 times a day before meals.

The bath: 200 g of the herb per 5 liters of boiling water, leave covered for 15 minutes, strain. Pour the infusion into a bath with a temperature of up to 38 C, the bath should not last longer than 15 minutes.

 Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children.
