What is N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)?

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) consists of the amino acid cysteine, which is a sulfur-bearing amino acid that is found naturally in the body.

Cysteine is produced in the liver and is found naturally in abundant quantities in, among other things, the skin, hair and connective tissue where it functions as a building component. Cysteine is also part of several digestive enzymes and also plays a role in metabolism.

Cysteine is also involved in the production of the substance glutathione, which has, among other things, antioxidant properties and protects cells against oxidative stress.

Side effects

To avoid possible side effects, follow the recommended intake.

Each jar contains 90 capsules, which gives you 30-90 days of dosage depending on the amount of capsules you take per day (1-3 pcs)

Ingredients: N-acetyl L-cysteine, vegetable capsule (pullulan), filler (tapioca powder), leucine.

The recommended daily intake (3 capsules) contains:

N-acetylcysteine 1,800 mg

Leucine 30 mg

Dosage: 1-3 capsules, before meals, divided during the day
