What is vitamin B3 nicotinic acid good for?

Nicotinic acid contributes to normal functioning energy-generating metabolism, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, normal functioning of the nervous system and preservation of normal skin and normal mucous membranes.

Intake of large amounts of niacin can cause a redness that spreads over the skin along with warmth. This is nothing dangerous but a result of the capillaries dilating and the blood flow in the skin increasing.

Product suitable for vegans. GMO-free. Without the addition of fillers, dyes, preservatives and lubricants.

The absorption of niacin is enhanced by vitamin C and other B vitamins.

Contraindications B3 niacin:

Use of B3 is not recommended for people with blood coagulation disorders, stomach ulcers hypersensitivity to high doses of niacin, liver disease, alcoholism and allergy to any of the ingredients.

The recommended daily intake (160 mg) contains:

Dosage: 1 scoop once a day. Add a small amount of water and drink with the sediment. Consume before meal.
