What is Beta-Alanine

Tingling in the skin

After taking beta-alanine (about 15 minutes after), the skin may experience tingling. This is not a cause for concern. Beta-alanine activates the nerve receptors under the skin, hence the tingling sensation. If this causes discomfort, you can try a lower dose and gradually increase it to the recommended amount.

Can be taken by vegetarians and vegans. Without the addition of fillers, dyes, preservatives and lubricants.

Ingredients: amino acid (beta-alanine)

Dosage: Take 1 scoop daily, one of the portions 30-60 minutes before training. Mix with any amount of water or sports drink.
