Acetyl-L-carnitine is an acetylated form of the amino acid L-carnitine. This amino acid is produced naturally in the body, brain, liver and kidneys. ALC improves the transport of waste products out of the cells and prevents them from being stored and becoming toxic. It also acts as an antioxidant that protects our cells against oxidative stress. ALC participates in the body's combustion process, by contributing to the transport of fatty acids from the diet to the cells' mitochondria where all combustion is converted into energy. Food sources containing carnitine include beef, chicken, milk and cheese.

The product can be used by vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain fillers, dyes, lubricants and preservatives.

Ingredients: Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) 600 mg, cellulose capsule.

Dosage: 1 capsule, three times a day before meals.

The recommended daily dose (3 capsules) contains:

ALC 1800 mg.
