Amla (Emblica officinalis)

Amla has a wide range of properties, therefore it is used not only in the local Indian cuisine, but also in medicine and cosmetology. Different parts of amla are used but its fruit is considered the most valuable and prized.

Amla is naturally rich in nutrition and fiber and just 10 grams of powder is equivalent to almost 100 grams of fresh berries. Amla is also rich in vitamin C. It protects the cells against free radicals. Amla can help with resistance to stress, can have a regenerating effect which allows it to support the body in case of fatigue.
