What is Shilajit?

Shilajit is an "herb" collected by local people in the Himalayas. It consists of mineral deposits secreted from fissures in the mountains high in the Himalayas. These deposits are made of organic plant material that is believed to have been pressed under the rock for hundreds of years.

The product has been used for thousands of years in traditional Asian medicine, mainly in Ayurveda. It is one of the most important means of strengthening and revitalizing the people of India, Tibet, Russia and Kyrgyzstan. In areas where shilajit occurs, adults use it daily.

What does Shilajit contain?

Depending on the source and quality, Shilajit contains a complex of between 70 and 85 minerals and trace elements such as: humic and humic acids, fulvic acid, triterpenes, sterols, polyphenols, amino acids, vitamins and many others. Shilajit is also called the "blood of the mountains" and has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years.

Ingredients: (1 capsule) 210 mg shilaji extract 10:1 (Asphaltum), 140 mg maltodextrin, gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (cellulose capsule).

The recommended daily intake (1 capsule) contains:

Shilajit (Asphaltum) - 210 mg

- including, fulvic acid 70 - 105 mg

Fulvic acid content 20 - 30%.

Dosage: 1 capsule daily with a glass of water
