D3 5000 IU is an extra strong vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from algae that is a vegan source. Vitamin D is fat-soluble and needs fat to be absorbed optimally. Because of this, this product contains MCT oil in powder form. This is a natural form of D3 extracted from algae.
Ingredients: Bulking agent (MCT oil [coconut oil, acacia fiber]), vegetable capsule (pullulan), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from algae).
