Methylcobalamin is an active coenzyme form of vitamin B12 and an important cofactor in methionine synthesis. Active vitamin B12 is easier to absorb than the basic form of B12.

Prebiotic - FOS Actilight® (fructooligosaccharides)

Fructo-oligosaccharides are usually branched food glucose polymers, insensitive to the action of digestive enzymes produced by the human body, but still have some health-promoting potential. Their beneficial effect consists in stimulating the activity and development of probiotic intestinal microflora. Fructo-oligosaccharides regulate motility in the gastrointestinal tract and protect the intestinal epithelium. They occur naturally in the tissues of edible plants and are classified as dietary fiber.
