Hyssop occurrence

Hyssop is a perennial plant that grows up to 30 cm with white, pink or blue flowers that attract bees and butterflies. The whole plant has an aromatic scent. In the Middle Ages, it was mainly cultivated by monks as an appetite stimulant, for weather stress and for coughs.

Hyssop uses

Hyssop is an old spice plant, which fresh is mainly used for vegetable dishes and salads and dried can be used as a spice. The taste is bitter. Hyssop is primarily valued for the richness of essential oils, tannins, mineral salts and antioxidants that help protect cells against oxidative stress. Due to its digestive properties, the herb can be successfully added to meat marinades, as well as legumes that are difficult to digest.

Ingredients: Tinctura hyssopi 1:1: Hyssop herb, certified ethyl alcohol, distilled water, vegetable glycerin.

Ethanol content in tincture: 20%

Part of plant used: flowering herb

Dosage: 1 or 2 portions of the pipette, up to twice a day. Mix with a small amount of water.

1 scoop (pipette) corresponds to approx. 0.5 ml.

Contents of the daily portion:

2ml of Hyssopus officinalis extract

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This product contains a small amount of alcohol, less than 100mg per serving.

Storage: store in a closed container at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Sediment is a natural phenomenon.
