What is Ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurvedic medicine, with documented use for 4,000 years. Also called the Prince of Ayurveda. The herb grows in dry regions of India, Africa and the Middle East.

What is Ashwagandha good for?

The plant belongs to adaptogens - plants that help increase the body's ability to adapt, for example to better cope with stress. In Ayurveda, ashwagandha is said to be able to help relieve symptoms of fatigue and lack of energy and increase mental well-being.

Ingredients: Tinctura Withaniae 1:1

Withania somnifera, certified ethyl alcohol, distilled water, vegetable glycerin.

Ethanol content in tincture: 20-25%

Part of plant used: root

Dosage: 1 or 2 portions of the pipette, twice a day. Mix with a small amount of water.

1 scoop (pipette) corresponds to approx. 0.5 ml.

Contents of the daily portion:

2ml of Withania somnifera herbal extract

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The product contains approx. 200mg of alcohol per portion, which corresponds to 5ml of beer or 2.1ml of wine.

Storage: store in a closed container at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Sediment is a natural phenomenon.
