African tribes have used devil's claw for centuries. Devil's claw has a rich phytochemical composition. It includes:

Iridoids: Those isolated from devil's claw belong to the so-called true Aucubin-type iridoids.

Flavonoids: This group of compounds act as antioxidants and coloring agents.

Phenolic acids: Devil's claw contains cinnamic acid and its derivatives - caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid.

Ingredients: 100% devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) ground root.

Use: It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of Devil's claw in a glass of warm water and let it brew for about 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.

When using devil's claw, it is important to take a break of 3 weeks after regular use for 8 weeks. After this time you can return to using the herb.
