Hoary willowherb (Epilobium parviflorum) is a perennial plant that grows wild in almost all of Europe. It belongs to the Giant nightshade family. The first reports of its positive properties for the human body come from 1880, but research from the last ten years has provided more knowledge about the positive effects of down herb.

Hoary willowherb is a rich source of flavonoids, phytosterols, tannins and fatty acids. It is these active ingredients that are responsible for its positive properties for the human body. The herb is therefore full of antioxidants, just like spirulina or green coffee.

Ingredients: Hoary willowherb ( Epilobium parviflorum )100%

Dosage: Let 1-2 teaspoons of down herb steep in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Strain. It is recommended to drink 1-2 glasses daily before meals.
