Cistus has a resinous aroma with a slightly sour and refreshing taste. It has a long history and an established position in the Mediterranean countries. In the Middle East it was administered for medicinal purposes as an infusion as early as the 4th century BC.

The leaves of this shrub are one of the greatest sources of polyphenols. Polyphenols are compounds that neutralize free radicals.

Ingredients: cistus herb * 100%

May contain allergens: cereals containing gluten, nuts and sesame.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon of cistus incanus (2g) pour into 200 ml of boiling water at 90 ° C, brew for about 8 - 10 minutes. Drink 2-3 times per day. If you do not like the taste of the infusion, it can be sweetened with honey or some other sweetener.

Recommended daily intake of the product: 6g.
