What are BCAAs?

In other words, BCAA are branched chain amino acids, which are a very popular dietary supplement (Branched Chain Amino Acids). Branched chain amino acids include three amino acids: valine, isoleucine, and leucine. BCAA occurs naturally in protein, which helps build and repair muscle (Protein helps increase and maintain muscle mass).

This supplement is an excellent source of high-quality protein regardless of your training goals.

Ingredients: One capsule, i.e. 650 mg BCAA, contains: L-leucine 325 mg, L-isoleucine, 162.5 mg, L-valine, (2:1:1) 162.5 mg in powder form, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (cellulose capsule).

The recommended daily intake (3 capsules) contains:
