Cumin (Carum carvi)

The essential oils found in cumin have an antispasmodic effect and can contribute to better digestion, especially after a large and heavy meal.

Coriander (Coriandrum L.)

Coriander is a popular spice plant with a long history behind it. Today it is used in large parts of the world as a flavoring agent in the kitchen and also as a medicinal plant. The herb provides a large amount of antioxidants. Its antioxidant effect helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Coriander seed infusion has a diuretic effect and provides support to the digestive tract. Drinking coriander infusion regularly can help with gas.

Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)

Fennel is a slender perennial plant and one of the world's most popular and used spices with many culinary uses. It is the chamomile flowers that are most valuable, as they contain a large amount of essential oil and are rich in vitamins and minerals. In addition to flavonoids and antiallergic substances, the flowers also contain phytosterols, phenolic acids, catechin-tannins, polyacetylenes, choline, coumarin and mineral salts.

Dried chamomile flowers taste great as chamomile tea. The herb has an aromatic scent and a mildly bitter taste that many appreciate. Herbal tea that can be drunk as is or mixed with other dried herbs and leaves for a cup of tea. A cup of chamomile tea in the evening helps to calm down and relax.

Ingredients: Cumin (Carum carvi) - 20%, Coriander (Coriandrum L.) - 20%, Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) - 20%, Peppermint (Menthae piperitae) - 20% and Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.).

Dosage: 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup of boiling water. Leave under the lid for 10-15 min. Strain. Drink after meal.
