Fish leaf (Houttuynia cordata) comes from Southeast Asia, where for years it has been part of not only traditional medicine, but also in the kitchen. The plant is rich in bioactive substances. They include e.g. flavonoids, organic acids, sterols and volatile oils. This product is a dietary supplement.

In Asia, houttuynia cordata is often used in traditional medicine. The Japanese call it a toxin-blocking plant, or dokuda. In northeastern India, its leaves and shoots are eaten raw in the form of a salad called jamrdoh. In China and Japan, lizard leaves are eaten as a vegetable and the dried leaves are added to dishes as a spice. The juice from the leaves is also used.

The product does not contain fillers, dyes, lubricants and preservatives.

In our assortment, Lizard leaf (Houttuynia cordata) is also available as a tincture in liquid form.

Ingredients: 250 mg Houttuynia cordata extract. The extract is standardized for 10% flavonoids. Cellulose capsule.

Dosage: 1 capsule, three times a day with meals.
