In Asia, houttuynia cordata is often used in traditional medicine. The Japanese call it a toxin-blocking plant, or dokuda. In northeastern India, its leaves and shoots are eaten raw in the form of a salad called jamrdoh. In China and Japan, lizard leaves are eaten as a vegetable and the dried leaves are added to dishes as a spice. The juice from the leaves is also used.

The product does not contain fillers, dyes, lubricants and preservatives.

In our assortment, Lizard leaf (Houttuynia cordata) is also available as a tincture in liquid form.

Ingredients: 250 mg Houttuynia cordata extract. The extract is standardized for 10% flavonoids. Cellulose capsule.

Dosage: 1 capsule, three times a day with meals.
