What is resveratrol?

Resveratrol is a substance of vegetable origin. It was first isolated in 1940 from a plant called veratrum grandiflorum. Since then, the substance's presence in about 70 plant species has been confirmed. Dark grapes are best known for their resveratrol content, with the highest amount of resveratrol found in the skin and seeds. Substance is also found in the cocoa bean, in some berries and nuts and Parkslide root (Reynoutria japonica).

Resveratrol belongs to a group of compounds called polyphenols. Like many of its representatives, resveratrol also has properties attributed to phytonutrients (substances of plant origin, the purpose of which is to protect the plant against pathogens, such as viruses and fungi).

The main active substances used in this preparation are resveratrol and piperine (obtained from black pepper extract), which work synergistically.

Does resveratrol have any side effects?

Unfortunately, the consumption of resveratrol in excessive amounts can result in an abnormal amount of albumin and bilirubin in the blood plasma, a decrease in the number of white and red blood cells. In addition, it can lead to fluctuations in appetite and weight loss.

Ingredients: 250mg trans-resveratrol (Parkslide extract), 10mg black pepper extract (95% piperine). Cellulose capsule.

Dosage: 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily with meals.

Recommended daily portion (3 capsules) contains:

750mg trans-resveratrol

30mg - black pepper extract

Storage: Store in a closed container at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
