Organic milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a plant that grows wild and has been used for many years as a natural medicine. It is especially the seeds that are used as natural medicines. This raw material is above all rich in silymarin, which is a complex of several substances with a strong antioxidant effect. Ground milk thistle has a mild taste. This is a dietary supplement.

Milk thistle properties:
