Curly dock is an herb with many positive properties and substances for the human body. Roots contain:

*tannins,

*flavonoids,

*carotenes,

*organic acids such as oxalic acid and tartaric acid and their salts,

*vitamin C

The undoubted advantage of this plant is the relatively high content of iron, the absorption of which is improved by the presence of vitamin C. Due to the high concentration of flavonoids, curly dock infusions help fight free radicals responsible for the body's aging process.

In folk medicine, gorse was used, among other things, as an antispasmodic and externally for skin problems. The herb has antiseptic, bacteriostatic, antifungal and astringent properties. Therefore, it can be used for skin irritations, for acne-prone skin, but also for the more sensitive skin. A properly prepared infusion can be used to wash the face or make compresses.Curly dock can be helpful for acne or psoriasis, among other things. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, curly dock adds vitality and radiance to tired skin.

Ingredients: Curly dock root (Rumex crispus) 100%

Dosage: Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of curly dock and leave it covered for about 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times a day for a period of 3 weeks. Then take a break. The herb should be used quarterly.
