Organic cold-pressed avocado oil is a rich and mild oil that is colored green by chlorophyll. Avocado oil is produced by cold-pressing the pulp of organically grown avocado fruits, which gives it a clear color that shifts between green and yellow, with a faint and typical aroma of the avocado fruit.
The avocado oil contains natural omega 6 and 9 as well as vitamin E. Avocado oil is excellent as an addition to salads, vegetables (recommended consumption: 1 tablespoon a day). The oil is also an excellent carrier for essential oils due to its mild fragrance and slow evaporation.
