This product contains large amounts of fiber. Plantago Psyllium and Plantago ovata favor the rebuilding of the microflora in the digestive system through the development of beneficial bacteria.

Dietary fiber is important for the intestines to function normally. For those who have problems with a sluggish stomach, it is important to eat a lot of fiber and to drink enough water.

Examples of foods that contain dietary fiber:

*Fruit, vegetables and root vegetables

*Peas, beans and lentils

*Wholegrain bread, cereals, grits, pasta and rice

Our dietary fiber vital comes 100% from plants and is without artificial additives.

Ingredients: Plantago Psyllium 80% and Plantago Ovata 20%

May contain allergens: cereals containing gluten, nuts and sesame.

Dosage: 1-3 times daily. 3 spoons of dietary fiber are mixed with 0.5 l of liquid. Drink plenty of fluids during the day. Do not use before laying. It is recommended not to use dietary fiber at the same time as medicines, wait at least one hour.

Storage: store in a cool, dark and dry place. Opened packaging should be closed to avoid moisture and extend shelf life. Keep out of the reach of small children.
