Terms and conditions

General
We reserve the right for any final sale of a product. If a product is not in stock at the time of your order you will be notified about the estimated delivery time.

Prices
The prices quoted include VAT in Swedish crowns. The price specified in your order is current price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment
Payment is made through one of the following four options:

1. Payment by card - VISA and Mastercard through Pay Pal system.

2. Deposit by inserting the full amount on our bank account ”Bankgiro” 309-4794, ITAC Plebanek. Your goods will be sent as soon as we see that the money has landed on our account. This might take several business days,     which means the delivery of your goods takes a few extra days.

3.  Payment through Klarna.

4. Payment on invoice 14 days. You provide your personnummer and Klarna do a credit check. We reserve the right to customary credit check. Late payment fee by the amount allowed by law at present 60 SEK including VAT, and interest of 25%.

Delivery
Delivery is normally within 2-8 working days. There may be delays, both with us and with the shipping company. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail in connection with the delivery leaves us so you can track your package path itself.

If you live outside of Sweden, you are responsible for the product/products can be imported, and pay any taxes and duties in your country. If the sending for some reason stopped by customs and must be returned to us, we will charge you the return postage.

We use primarily PostNord and Schenker for all deliveries. Individuals receive packets home or at their nearest Service Point-delivery point and companies receive direct delivery.

We recycle packaging materials wherever possible. So do not be surprised if you see a strange print on the carton or if it looks used. The content is always fresh.

Delivery costs
Shipping charges are from 30 SEK incl. VAT within Sweden for orders with a goods value of up to 1 000 SEK incl. VAT, above it is free shipping. Delivery within the EU varies from 50 SEK upwards, depending on the size and weight of the ordered goods. If you are a buyer from Norway or another country outside the EU, please contact us about the shipping cost before purchase. Any taxes and customs fees may apply in your country.

Returns and complaints
According hemköp Act, you as a consumer when buying from an online shop withdrawal period of 14 days from the date you received the goods, if the goods are in new condition and unopened. If you want to cancel a purchase, please contact us at info@ekoplanet.se or by phone 03 001 8888 to agree on the procedure. The item must be unused and returned in original packaging together with any documents that came with the product. If you wish to complain about a product, do the same. Tell us as soon as possible when you discovered the damage, how you think it occurred and where it is composed. If the product is damaged during transport, you need to communicate this to the delivery point when you get the package, or driver, if the damage is visible on the packaging.
